probably one of my favorites (to all Greeks out there, I salute you!) Just wondering- ya know when you go to a Greek restaurant and they put that red sauce all over your rice? I LOVE that stuff! Does it have a name? Does anyone know how to make it? I MUST have it!!! YUM!!! :)
Answer:
well it shouldn't be tzatziki sauce, that's a white sauce. It could be just simple tomato sauce with spices. as much as i know it really has no specific name, and no specific recipie as it everyone adds whatever spices they want to it.
