I have been tasked with organizing a fairly formal dinner party in North Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, or Davie area TOMORROW NIGHT. We'll have about 15-20 guests. Most like steak or seafood, but one couple is Vegan. I know about Sublime, but I also want something that caters to the meat & seafood eaters in the group.
I've searched every single website I can think of, and no luck.
Any ideas?

Call one of your local "higher class" hotels, like Hyatt, Ritz, Westin's, Sheraton(some of them), and ask to rent a small room(they probably have meeting rooms with long boardroom tables), that you can have a choice of menu: Clams, shrimp, sheesh kabobs(veggie and with meat-beef, pork, chicken or combo), couple of salads have them supply a bartender and bar service(limit alcohol to beer/wine maybe to keep the price down). They can probably do it for such a small party if you act now!
