Food is not at all a problem anywhere in hyderabad , only thing is probably you will have to walk down a few more steps for a tasty meal, depending upon where you stay.
Transport is pretty easy. If you working in one of those S/W companies then you could find hundreds of auto's which travel on a share basis costing you around 5 bucks.
Water...Hmmnn..I wouldnt its a big problem, but again it depends upon where you are staying, if its a big apartment then you might have some problem, but if you are lucky enuf to find an independent house then it could be easy for you. Anyways these days , for drinking purpose alone ppl are buying those 20ltr purified water cans.
