Depends in which part of the world is this restaurant located. If it in Somalia - restaurant manager doesnt make any money because they dont have food to serve in the restaurants, if its in NY it again varies from 60k to 200k depending on the quality of restaurant

i took the pie out of the over. i let it sit for 20 mins. then i realize the center crust was to light. can i put it back in the oven to cook?
