Question:
I went to Panderosa's this past weekend. In my salad was a "bug". I don't know the name in english, but for those spanish speaking people it was a "tijerilla". Of course I stopped eating immediately and asked for a refund. The waitress was really rude. They told us they had to take care of all the customers in line first. I asked for the manager and was told that she went to buy ice because they ran out of it. We waited about 15 minutes asking for our refund a couple of times. Finally my sister got up and told the waitress again to give us our refund because we had a meeting we were attending at a Hotel nearby and it started in 10 minutes and the waitress was all angry and went to the cash register employee and told her to give us our money back because we couldn't wait a few more minutes. At this point my sister told the waitress that she should have taken care of us promptly if she was worried of customers finding out that we found a bug in our food. Everyone tells me I should sue.

Answer:
Its not worth the time and effort to sue just tell everyone you know about the bad service and your uninvited guest on you plate. besides what are you going to sue for you didnt eat it or get sick from it. plus you got your money back
