Question:
What's the best Japanese restaurant in Greater Vancouver?
Answer:
Depends on what you are looking for. My two favourites in downtown Vancouver are Tanpopo on Denman Street for all you can eat sushi. A little more expensive than your average all you can eat place in Vancouver (and remeber sushi is relatively cheap her compared to anywhere else in the world as we have the most sushi restaurants per capita in the world - even more than Japan), but the quality and selection is definately worth it. Best teppenyaki is by far Kobe's on Alberni Street off of Burrard (just up the street from the newly opened Hermes store if you are a shopper). Fabulous show, even better food.
