Besides smile and be quick, what else can a young waiter do to make more money?
Answer:
i am a server and have been for 40 years..i am damn good at it and i will share some of what i have learned..treat your guests like you would want to be treated if you were in their place ..what kind of service would you want? smile be talkative and friendly..you have to have a personality and not be shy..talk to the children and the babies but for the most part do not touch them..make the guest feel like they are your only guest ..keep those cups and glasses full..take the plates away as soon as they finish eating..these may sound like trivial things but they are the basics for making money..pamper them ..make them happy..make money for you..good luck!!you can contact me through my profile page if you have any questions
