I like WOO LAE OAK of SEOUL (but dishes start at about $12.00) -open for lunch and dinner and it is in Arlington.
The Wash Post rates 34 Korean Rests in the Northern VA and DC areas.
Remember also that there is Little Vietnam - with some awesome places to eat. And close to little Vietnam the best Thai restaurant and not far down the road, PEKING GOURMET (in Falls Church) ---GREAT food.
