The Capital Grille hands down for the best atmosphere, service and food. Excellent cocktails, you need a "Stoli Doley," and amazing dry aged beef. The menu has tons of other great stuff and daily chef's creations if you lady is not into beef. They are right on the corner of Chestnut and Broad. Definitely recommend reservations.
