Question:
Please tell me because i work at a Taco Bell doing drive-thru and i thought the best way was to say "Hi how are you" and then "what can i get for u"

Answer:
Thank you for choosing Taco Bell, Would you like to try our new nacho cheese crunch grilled stuffed burrito today?
I'm not sure what the new item is called but always ask if they want to try the new item and after they order if they do not order a drink then ask if they would like to add a drink to there order. Remember in fast food you always want to up sale.
Hope I helped ya.

for example:

Drivethru: Welcome to Taco Bell Would you like to try our new Nacho Cheese Crunch Grilled Stuffed Burrito?

Customer: No Thanks, I'll have 2 tacos with no lettuce and 2 orders of nachos and cheese.

Drivthru: Would you like crunchy or soft tacos?

Customer: Soft

Drivethru: Would you like to add a drink to your order today?

Customer: Yes Please, I would like a Medium Diet Pepsi

Drivethru: Okay i have your order as 2 soft tacos minus lettuce, 2 orders of nachos and cheese and a medium diet Pepsi

Customer: Yes That's correct

Drivethru: Your total is $4.36 Please pull to the window
