Rattle Fish Grille
Burns Steakhouse
Saviechies (I don't think that is the spelling, but I was there several years ago and it had a romantic feel to it, low lighting, it has a mediterranean feel to it, I didn't eat though, but saw some of the food. It's below a condo building in South Tampa)
If you want to drive over the bridge to St Pete or the beaches try:
Salt Rock Grille (never had bad food and the view is great)
Moon Under the Bridge (downtown St Pete, excellent food, good atmosphere, it has a British/Indian style menu)
