It was an episode of Sugar Rush on Food Network, and he went to a restaurant, and made the volcano cake that was an ice cream cake topped with merengue that they set on fire and then poured cherry sauce on. I'm thinking maybe it was in Seattle, but that might not be right. I'm wondering what city and restaurant it was at.
