Absolutely the best Chinese food I've ever had:
Golden Crown
4537 Stevens Creek Blvd. (at Woodhams Rd.)
Santa Clara
Moderately priced. Run by a husband and wife; she does all the cooking, he runs the dining room. It's in a strip mall (Woodhams Plaza, I think), kind of a hole-in-the-wall. Small with just a few tables. But the food is great -- cooked freshed, not waiting on steam tables. Definitely worth a trip.
