Smoking is completely banned indoors at public places such as bars, restaurants, bingo halls, cinemas etc. in Scotland and Ireland. England will follow with a partial ban in Summer 2007. This will ban smoking in public places where food is served in addition to the ban already in existence in all cinemas.
