McDonalds is a better corporation to work for. They have many benefits that they offer their employees, including a scholarship program if you are looking to go to college, employee stock purchase program to set up a bright future for yourself, free meals : ), and I know that there is much room for advancement if you are good and dedicated. ok well i told my self that i will never work at Mc ***** b.c it%26#039;s gross lol but i%26#039;ve worked at domino%26#039;s pizza before i really liked working there b.c you get alot of experience doing all sorts of things like on the phone taking orders, making pizza%26#039;s, and ect.... it depends you%26#039;ll probably start off as a phone girl and the move up on making pizzas and then ya lol i like it there but my boss what the biggest a s s hole ever if he wasn%26#039;t there i would go back but what can you do to pick i would work at domino%26#039;s :P maybe that helped

I%26#039;m only guessing here, but I%26#039;d say Domino%26#039;s because if you deliver then you%26#039;ll probably make tips. Plus it%26#039;s less of a %26quot;fast food%26quot; mentality then McD%26#039;s is, Pizza is always a good thing too.

If you are full time McDonalds the benefits are better and the Co. is better. Other then that pros and cons would all be on the job site and the other employees.
