this is true with many jobs. People get stressed out and they do not think or care who gets in trouble. there is no job I can think of that does not have this.
I was working in Home visiting nurse agencies for 15 years and when I looked through my file, I saw someone said they did not like me because I was too young, talked too much, too old, giggled like I was drunk, and did not put pantie hose on a woman in the morning when she got dressed. One lady said I gave her the wrong pill because a stool softener can be red or brown, depending on the brand.
In 15 years of nursing as a licensed registered nurse, you would think this was as close to perfect as possible. Many people come back and specifically request me and love me, but this file was used in court when I had an auto accident, a drunk hit me from the front, that broke a vertebra (bone) in my neck and I wanted compensation for the months in bed. I could hardly hold my head up. Some people are very selfish and self centered.
