If your meal takes a long time to get out to your table, it's NOT the waitresses fault...the waitress can't bring you the food until it's ready. If u have a problem with the food, don't take it out on the waitress, she wasn't back there cooking it. How can anyone NOT feel guilty about not tipping a waitress?? I'm a waitress and a very good tipper when I go out, and I can't see how anyone can leave a restaurant without leaving a tip!! If u can't spare a few dollars to tip the waitress, STAY HOME AND COOK FOR YOURSELF!

I am a bartender/server. i have been doing it for 4+ years and for all you people who don't tip just because.....remember we do only get paid 2.13 an hour. we don't serve you just because we WANT to...we are probably doing it because we are working our way through school and this is the most flexible way to do it. if you don't tip well....we will remember who you are...thats all i have to say about that. oh, i agree, the church crowd is the worst! I think everyone should have to wait tables once in their lives. it is not as easy as you think and much more stressful than you can imagine!
