I think it has to do with cost vs. the demand for it. Not enough people want it to make a profit on it, because you make your money by buying in bulk. They would waste their money if they bought in bulk and ended up throwing away some of the food, or it they bought smaller amounts. When they bring the pork sandwiches back for promotional times it sells well so that's usually what they stick to. All their products and coast are directly related to their numbers so they know what they are doing.
