I'm in N.C. and the Taco Time here closed down years ago. The president of the company says they aren't going to open one here again. They had the best burritos and salsa in the world! Anybody have any suggestions on how to get one? The chain is mostly in the Northwest U.S..

I feel your pain man! Having grown up with Taco Time and Taco John's and now living far away from these gems, i too long for Potato Oles from Taco John's and just about everything from Taco Time. I think the fresh salsa bar with toppings, though Taco Time's is much more extensive than Taco John's is what makes these restaurants better than any other QSR.
Unfortunately, it would cost a hell of a lot to ship some tacos and burritos. It would have to be flash frozen as soon as it was made and then packed in dry ice and shipped to you 2 day express. The only thing you can do is go to a state that has one or try new places. But if you have the money and the passion, damn near anything can be had
