i got a hot fudge sundae from mcdonalds and ate it all, at the very bottom once it was pretty much empty i noticed a plastic piece of something and i spit it out (thats how i knew it was plastic) im just paranoid for some reason. i keep telling myself its just plastic...get over it. but im still paranoid. it wasnt plastic from the cup bc my cup didnt hsve any holes. so is this gonna make me sick, am i gonna die or am i going to be fine? someone make me feel better or give me a real answer please

it was most likely something benign, such as plastic, but if you still have it, show it to someone and ask what it is. if not, i would not worry about it, it might have been something from one of the containers, like the ice cream or fudge or whatever.
