Mike said: oh,no,you are wrong.I have found as below for this question(what do people think about the slow food movement?),it will help you,my kids.

Question:
It started, formally anyway, in my hometown, Greve in Chianti, Tuscany.

Answer:
It is marvellous. I much prefer to wait for an excellent meal than be rushed into a fast and inferior one.

Several towns near me have put themselves forwards as "slow towns" - no rush to do anything, it's all coming, why rush and spoil it?

The slow food movement has greatly improved cheese quality too.
