I think the perfect after dinner drink/dessert is a nutty irishman-coffee, I prefer Kona beans, add Bailey's and Frangelico
Port & then a Brandy
Black coffee with sugar and pacharan.

It would have to be a big cup of a Peruvian or Columbian Bean. And it would have to be really hot and black. No sugar, no milk, no nothin. Just straight up!

I just asked about dough, but I would like to know how to make a pizza sauce from scratch, I dont have any canned tomatoes or tomatoe paste, just a lot of tomatoes..any ideas?
