Answer:
Exposure to air, not improper temperature, will make a wine turn, . Two days out of the fridge is not a problem, but you will want to chill a white wine before drinking it. Reds will be fine after two days at room temp.
No, it will taste stale. Once you open it, the shelf life is about 2 or 3 days, but you need to remove the air with a small hand pump, usualluy about 5 bucks at the local wine store. if you just put it into the fridge it'll tkae on the taste of the fridge. Bad news..
While it could be safe, emphasis on could, it wont be worth drinking, the taste will be ruined by the oxidation.
i dont think anything has happened to the wine because it is acidic and bacteria does not grow on acidic liquids
Go ahead and down it, wait thirty minutes and you tell me.
If you don't finish your wine in one sitting, save what's left!
White wine will generally keep in the refrigerator for four to five days once it's opened.
Red wine, if you keep it at room temperature, will only last up to two days.
The less air that gets to it, the better, so keep the cork!
If you left your wine out, you might just use the wine for cooking there are so many great recipes that needs wine. don't drink it it won't taste the same. But if you don't mind, don't worry you won't get sick.
Transferring your wine to a smaller container, such as a clean 350ml bottle, and corking it tightly will help preserve it longer.

Products you can use for preservation include cans of inert gases that settle over the surface of the wine in the bottle (these can be expensive), and vacuum pumps that expel most of the air from a bottle and seal it with a rubber stop.
Remember to enjoy it!
If your kitchen (or wherever the bottle was left) is not too warm, it might have stayed all right to drink. However, it is wiser to keep opened bottles of wine in the refrigerator, with the cork on, and consume within 2-3 days. Otherwise the taste will deteriorate, and it time the wine will go bad. Use the refrigerated, unfinished wine in cooking after two days.
White wine does not need to be refrigerated either before or after it is opened, but most people prefer to drink it chilled.

The thing to be concerned about is whether it was corked or not (exposed to the air) or exposed to direct sunlight. Those are the things that will most readily spoil wine.
Give it to me- you, go munch on some rice cakes.
White wine is different from red wine, in the fact that it is NOT supposed to breathe (be exposed to air). A chemical reaction occurs with white wine that can drastically, and negatively change the taste if it is not resealed and chilled. However, this is all based on your personal preference too. If you do not mind the taste, then enjoy! However, it is widely accepted that the wine goes "stale". You can purchase a very inexpensive tool at most liquor stores that has a rubber stopper and vacuum tool that will pull all the air out and seal a wine. Well worth the investment. Just ask about ti at your local liquor store.
If you want to save red or white wine, freeze it. Just make sure that the bottle is not completely full or it might explode. I would NOT drink white wine that has been left out, because it can and does spoil.
