just go to Spain you can drink alcohol when ever you want
and its wonderful also woman do topless in the beach so what more you want?.
As long as its not in glass containers and not breaking any other rules such as no alcohol after say 8pm. So if you wanted to, you could put the wine in a plastic container to bring it to the beach and then drink it out of dixie cups or plastic wine glasses.
Glass is a big no no at the beaches. As long as you follow the rules, you should be okay.
In San Diego no liquor (or any beverage) is allowed in glass containers. Liquor is allowed on San Diego beaches between the hours of Noon and 8 PM. It is allowed during all hours at La Jolla Shores Beach and Marine Street Beach.
You must be 21 or older to have alcohol.
