i am on a budget for my parents 25th anniversary so my brothers and i decided to celebrate it at a local park. we have family coming over from different parts of Southern California. when i call the park's office all they say is i dont need a permit is first come first serve but they dont specify about the alcohol. has anyone ever been to an event of this type at a park and seen beer, wine and champagne? help!
