Try this:
Ingredients
1/2 liter of already made coffee
1/4 liter of any sambuca liqueor
1/2 cup of black sugar
300 grs. de chocolate
1/3 cup of cognac
Preparation:
place coffee in a pot with sambuca, black sugar and chocolote (break it into little pieces)
turn on fire and bring mixture to boil, boil for 5 minutes, remove from fire and let it cool.
Add cognac,and mix. Bottled it and serve ina week!
By the way, Sambuca like liquors depend on the amount of sugar in it!!
my fav is ouzo, but also try anisette
If you want the best, you need to try:
Opal Nera - a type of black sambucca but tastier and less harsh on the throat.
