Be extremely careful if you use Everclear instead of vodka in jello shot recipe. It will be very potent.
It should, just make sure that you only use 1 cup of alcohol and that you melt the jello with 1 cup of hot water. I've never made shots with such a high alcohol content, so I recommend doing a test batch to make sure they actually set. Cut the everclear with a flavored schnapps if the first batch doesn't set.
sure but i would go easy on the everclear...its so stong the jello might not firm up and would just come out jelly-like
