Colour...because that's how it's spelled here. "colour" everywhere except the US
"Colour" is British English, like Honour and Valour
also "Programme"
and many others.
It is colour here in Australia, but Australia is becoming really Americanised so I guess it won't be long and it will be color here too. Americans spell it color. Australians, Britons, and Canadians spell it colour. So it's both.
