it's 1/2 kahlua and 1/2 baileys (which could be floated)
with whipped cream on top.
you are supposed to take the shot without your hands!
with your hands behind your back, you tilt your head down (like you are bobbing for apples....he he) and cuff your lips around the shot glass, then get a good grip, and tilt your head back up to suck the shot down!
those are mad fun to do and to watch other people do!

I've never seen anyone shoot rum. I think you mean tequila. I've done the salt and lemon. Some people prefer lime. If you have a good enough tequila, you don't need anything with it. There is one brand called Milagro which is so good that I don't have any added steps. You just pour and shoot. Of course the thing to remember with shoots is that if you do too many of them too quickly you can get nice and sick. One lesson I had to learn the hard way is if you show up late to a party NEVER CATCH UP!!! Hope this helps. Don't drink and drive...

A twist on the B L O W J O B. The muff diver. Yep. Same way, take your Kahlua and Bailey's and pour an oz of each on a plate. Line the rim of the plate with whipped cream and have the guy lick up the booze and whipped cream with his mouth. Sorry, no hands. And check out the face when he's done. Classic.
