There is a way that you can probably get drunk off three beers--though I can't say I'd necessarily endorse it. That'd be to wait at least five hours after you've eaten (for an empty stomach), and then try and chug/drink them all in under ten minutes.
Wouldn't it be easier just to buy some more alcohol though?
Put a shot of whisky or vodka in it. Milk, water, eggs just dilute the beer no alcohol in them. Are you old enough to drink? because you are silly. If you do drink please do not drive.
Buy Canadian beer! American beer is like a spritzer! Why do you want to 'get drunk'? If that was your NORM, you would have more than 3 beer, right? So do not worry about him! Good luck!
Just buy better beer. Stay away from Bud, Coors, and all that other cornswill pisswater and drink some Old Rasputin Stout, or Trippel from New Belgium, or Black Boss Porter, etc. All of those have a pretty high alcohol content.
You can't add anything to beer to make it stronger unless you're in the process of brewing it, and then it would be adding some form of sugar. However, if you bought the beer from a store, it's already gone through its fermentation stage and sugar won't do a thing.
