Just for grins, tried to look this up. While there was a Great Atlanta Pot Festival, it looks like it hasn't been held since 2005. Also, no pot smoking, it looks like it was a rally to legalize pot use.
Found this article from Creative Loafing. Looks like the organizers had their outdoor festival permits denied.

all due respect,you must be OUT of your mind.pot is illegal.THATS why it gets confiscated.so now they take it to a city park,with a PLAYGROUND and a little league baseball field-and let everybody get wasted?and then everyone gets back in their car and DRIVE away?under the influence?and they have 1 cop for every smoker to make sure they dont stash any instead of smoking it?you dont need any info on this.you need to just pretend you never posted this.try to cancel this question.honestly,dude.
