yes like imported beer if there cold then get warm then u chill them again they can get skunky or just from sitting around to long they can get way an with normal beers like bud or Coors for an example the just like there flat

yes beers can spoil if left exposed after opening and left in room temperature.

most spoiling microorganisms are mesophiles meaning they are capable of multiplying in temperatures ranging from 20-40 degree centigrade

also if beer is left exposed for a period of time, the carbon dioxide incorporated in the beverage will leave the liquid hence giving the beverage oxygen availability which most microbes need to multiply..

CO2 acts as antimicrobial in all effervescent beverages since it's presence is the lack of O2 and availability of O2 is important to microbial growth
Most beers spoil over time, but not all. The stronger beers do mellow with age.

BTW, beer does not skunk because it was kept in a warm spot. I wish people would stoop writing this.
