Answer:
Try starting with crushed ice, then add your ingredients and blend away. If you have no access to crushed ice then I would suggest you might be making the batches to big, if you try it in smaller batches the blending should be more consistant.
that means its not blended well enough.
blend it for a little more, maybe higher speed.
