What can I eat before drink which won't upset my stomach and come out in a nasty way, or better yet, avoid the puking all together, I can take ginger for it works with all my other nausea issues, but I don't know if it works as well with alcohol.
And what can I take before sleeping so I don't wake with a nasty hangover, usually I just down some advils and never get the problem, I don't plan on buying those chaser capsules and rather have a natural remedy instead of pills.
And finally, whats a good classic drink/mix I can score at any bar (America), none of these lame fruities or newer drinks.

Hmm..can't give youa nythign concrete....i'd stay away from anything greasy. Maybe a sandwhich or pasta. Not too much since it expands.
Water up. for sake of clarity, goign to pretend you turn 21 friday night.
THursday, try to get your 6-8 glasses of water in. Friday, do the same, maybe even more. Can technically OD on water, but you'll know when you had too much. Should help with the hangover.
IF you aren't too hammered when you get back home. Try to get another glass or two of water in before bed.
And yeah, advil works too.

Whisky sour
Might fall into your fruity catagory, but i like bacardi O and sprite.
Soco and lime shots are good. Jack and tobasco shots too.
Your pretty good with chicken wings, nachos and steak and alot of stuff I would stay away from to much dairy though it can sometimes curdle in the gut and well you know.
I have always drank a glass of Orange Juice and Multivitamin
I have never had a hangover if you feel like your head is spinning adding a couple of tylenol to the mix will help with that.
