Our family went to one in Lake Tahoe, (the youngest child being 12 so no age limit there). The oxygen seemed to help with my altitude sickness and gave me a little boost of energy. Can't say that it made me high.
Age depends on what state you are in and it's pretty much a cheap legal high. One of the last legal ways to mess with the dopemine balance in your brain. It's over-rated.
Naw, I have not been and out here in the south Louisiana area I have not seen any. I think that fad sorta died out. I too would like to try one.
I believe that since most serve alcohol and are primarily a club/bar, you probably need to be 21. It is just a "high" from being overstimulated on oxygen and it gave me a helluva headache. People seem to ger more drunk quicker and have a euphoric feeling. Wasn't my cup of tea.
