go to gnc or a vitamin type shop, most of them have stuff for cleaning out your system. or google it, you'll find lots. but if u have to take a hair test u better shave your head.

3) cranberry juice (not the cheap fake kind)
You can take niacin, make yourself sweat, and drink LOTS of water (the niacin can make you dehydrated). Niacin occurs in the body naturally and removes toxins, so taking niacin pills does the same thing. Go to a vitamin store or GNC and buy them there. Don't buy the ones from Wal-Mart and places like that, they aren't strong enough. You can also go to a head shop and buy a drink (not sure what it's called) that you take like an hour before you have to give a urine sample. You urinate once after drinking it but before you give the sample. I think it turns like bright green or something. Then you're urine should be clean. I have never used the drink but taking the niacin a few days before and abstaining from smoking has always worked for me. If it is a hair sample test, I think there is a shampoo you can buy at head shops, but I have no clue how that works.
