Hmmmmm considering that beer has come from being fermented I have no idea. Personally, it all smells rotten and tastes terrible to me so I would say from the point of opening the can/bottle haha....good question!

It will get flat long before it goes bad. I wouldn't give it more than 3 or 4 hours in the fridge before it is flat, less at room temperature. As far as spoiling, because of the alcohol a week or two before it could make you sick.
