I already have an idea of how I would do it but I want to make sure its the best way.

Thanks for the help for those of you that are helping....:D

Answer:
i would do it one of 2 ways. i would base them on frequency of sales the most popular would be easily accessable. or break it into regions europe, africa, etc.
I would put them in alphabetical order cause I have OCD, and also it would be easier to locate them that way!

Ha!
I would group them together acording to similar countries. Beers of the British Isles go together. I would put Australia and New Zealand and Canada with the British Isles. I would then group South American, Caribbean and Mexican together. I would then group European Beers together. and Last of all I would put Africa in a class by itself.
I would put them in alphabetical order by country. If you group them by "british" or "german" it might confuse some customers.

There are people that wouldn't know that Scottish or Irish WAS british.
australian
brasilian
british
canadian
czech
england
german
holland
ireland
italian
jamaican
mexican
new zealand
scotland
south africa
