In the united states the drinking age is 21, i don't know of any country off hand where the drinking age is under 18.
I know What you are going through right know, and it is not a easy decision to make but no you can't legally drink but that doesn't mean that you aren't going to drink anyway.

I still do not know how people are old enough to vote or to go to war at 18, but are not supposed to be old enough to legally have a beer until 21.
