I have heard that tesco have such products. i just don't know how to go about doing the shopping. how will i know what to buy and what not to buy? do i have to check the label of every product, or is there a easier way ?
Answer:
If you ask one of the assistants they should be able to show you were these products are located, and they should have a range of products in the same section. Tesco's like Sainsbury's usally have quite a large range of items that are gluten free, that range from flour too biscuits, pasta, bread and lots more
Gluten free products are usually all stocked together. Ask the shop assistant when you get there.
Somebody should be able to assist you.
Asda seem to have the best selection but even that isn't good.
And as stated by previous answer they are usually stacked together . Ask an assistant to point them out
I know you said you were going to Tesco, [i am sure they will have a shelf there too] but as i have to have gluten free products i use Asda as they have a really good range, and some with the Asda label which will turn out cheaper for you, if you are buying ordinary food items you should look on the labels, but if you keep away from dairy and flour items your normal safer. Also try the health shops, although a little bit pricey if your looking for something special it may be worth it.Best of luck, i know how difficult it is.
if you are in the UK try whole food market they have a lot gluten free food rice flour and gluten free beer
look for foods without yeast wheat
and try this web page it will help you find gluten free food
