Wow, that old lady is smart....hahahaha
I don't know about any website off the top of my head, but Hops and Marijuana are VERY similar because they are the only two genera in the plant family Cannabinaceae. Problem is I know they can't be cross-bred, but the plants will accept grafts of the other. I will try and find a website. Edit coming soon.
Well I can't find a website that compares the two. However, I know some good resource sites about drugs that might help you out. www.erowid.org and www.norml.org
The following website tries to disprove that marijuana and hops will accept grafts (I think there is newer research than this though) http://www.dutch-ganja.com/grafting.html...
The following website is a great resourse for what you may be looking for (does compare the two well and talks exstensively about the Cannabinaceae family of plants, scroll down on the page to find the "Hop Vine" information): http://waynesword.palomar.edu/ecoph26.ht...
I hope that helps.
No, because there is no relationship between them. Hops grow on a vine, marijuana is a freestanding plant. Hops are used to make beer, marijuana is not. You can smoke marijuana, but you can't smoke hops.
