Pour out the liquid inside of the Brandy bottle into a 4 cup measuring cup. Fill the empty bottle with Ezra Brooks. Dump out the measuring cup into an open drain. Pour 4 oz. of the new liquid into a highball glass either with or without 2 ice cubes. Enjoy!
