i fajita is grilled meat(steak or chicken) with vegatables(bell peppers onion) and is usualy served on a skillet with torts,rice and, beans on the side. a burrito are various toppins like meat and cheese, sourcream wrapped in a larger tortila. and enchalada is beans,meat nad cheesa wraped in a tort and smothered with sauce and topped with cheese and is then put into a melter
the difference is the place where it was made and created....it is the same with shawarmaburrito is stuff, meat or cheese,or beans lettuce etc, wrapped in a flour tortillas. Fajita is grilled meats and veggies you wrap up in a smaller flour tortillas. Enchilada are corn tortillas stuffed and rolled with meat or cheese or both placed in a baking dish and covered with a green or red sauce and baked cheese enchilada is the best!!!
