i crave again for beer on and on again every night again>?
Answer:
That is a sticky situation. You need to be careful that your body does nto get more and more dependant on it.
There is nothing wrong with having a couple beers, but there is a problem with a case a night, every night.
Try to keep it moderate and you should be ok, if you can't do that, you might need to consider stopping drinking.

A beer once in a while is good for the body. However, if you think you're really addicted to it, you better quit. People say the most critical period would be the first three months. Try to make it through without beer for three consecutive months. You might stop craving after that.
