Albertsons generally has kegs. Also, any liqour store will order one for you if they don't have one in stock.
Victorville is a small town, but they still have these places called LIQUOR STORES.
You might go to one of them. But, remember, turning 21 might be a nice reason to have a drink, but a keg is WAY too much alcohol for people so young as you and your friends. Binge drinking, and dare drinking, can kill you.
