actually there is tax on the liquor its just included in the ticket price
im not sure which state is cheaper though i think they are about the same
the 'rule' is 'all sales are final' on liquor but if you ***** enough we'll exchange it just to shut you up, but you have to ***** for a long long time. there is no way i would refund money though.
sometimes people pay for something and dont even get out the door before they realize they got the wrong size and i tell them no returns.. yea im a ***** but hey if you are too high to get the right bottle then maybe next time you will get your liquor before you get stoned.
