Greek mythology says that the God Dionysus invented wine. However, researchers have traced its origins to long before the Greeks. Here's an article about wine in the Stone Age!
"The first wine-tasting may have occurred when Paleolithic humans slurped the juice of naturally fermented wild grapes from animal-skin pouches or crude wooden bowls."
Other Answers:

Dionysus was the god of the vine. He invented wine on Mount Nyssa and spread the art of tending grapes around the world. He had a dual nature. On one hand, he brought joy and divine ecstasy and on the other, he brought brutality, thoughtlessness and rage. This reflected both sides of wine's nature, for if used in moderation it can be good, but if abused it can be deadly. If he chooses, the god of wine can drive a man mad and no normal fetters can hold him or his followers

A bunch a grapes left on their own will start to ferment. No-one invented wine, but theywould have noticed the resulting juice was more enjoyable than grape juice and started to deliberately make wine.
Grapes contain everything needed to make wine, withoutthe need for additions.
Folk legend has it that wine was discovered by Gida one of the many wives of a king a good few thousand years ago . Gida was not the prettiest of people and the king did not pay much attention to her , so Gida decided to take her own life . She wandered into a store room and saw a substance leaking from a pot which contained rotting grapes . She drank what she thought would kill her but the reverse happen Gida got very happy (we all know the feeling after a few glasses) and color ran to her cheeks. The king noticed the improvement in her the next day and the story goes that from that day on the king would only request to be with her .
now for the real stuff
The Egyptians first invented wines its well dated in hieroglyphics , vines are thought to have originated in the middle east .Shiraz might of actually been the home of the Shiraz grape

Today, wine is not only a universal drink but also an important agricultural industry with grapes and wineries in nearly every part of the world. I hope this answers your question!!! = )
