I know its not just me but after I can drink a lot of beer, have a shots of tequila, rum, whisky, etc but right after I smoke a cigarrete it all takes effect and makes me really drunk.

Maybe because both the alcohol and the nicotine AND oxygen are competing for space in your blood stream. The alcohol and nicotine win, less oxygen, more drunk.
It also keeps the high if used as a chaser after smoking weed.
actually it doesn't make you drunker or higher. it makes you dizzy but because you are drunk or high you cant tell. and most likely you're hitting the cigg a little harder than you would if you were sober.
Yep! it does seem to intensify the effect......oxygen deficiency I guess....
