and is it bad.. if you drink too much with ur meds?

Answer:
because one could die easily
Your not supposed to drink alcohol w/ medication. There are serious side effects.
it will enhance the effect of the med or the total opposite and not work at all and it could make you really sick
It's mainly cardiac meds that have warnings like that-they either increase or decrease your blood pressure and the overall output of your cardiac system. Alcohol dilates (widens) your arteries, and depending on the medication, can either counteract the meds, or drop your blood pressure to the point where you'll pass out.
because it affects the absorption, effect and excretion of the medication.
it can be very dangerous.......i knew some people who used to get drunk and snort paracetamol.......pretty silly........the other day i took an antihistamine and i was drinking beer and i could feel myself slurring.....becuase antihistamine makes you drowsy....and mixed with alcolhol.....
Alcohol is a depressant. Depressants never mesh well with meds, (anti-depressants, stimulants, even sleeping pills). Terrible side effects will likely occur sooner or later.
alcohol is the biggest medication of all. if you are on nothing will work on you.
u can't drink alchol with a med becuase some of the stuff in the meds such as tylenol can cause severe liver damage
