spangles have,nt heard of them for years.. never heard them called olde english.. can you still buy them? they used to be the sweets you left to the last,, when you got your rowntree selection box at Xmas.. lol.. bring back black jack's, ooops we can't say that no more can we?.. and sour grapes.. they were lovely chewy,, who remembers floral gums ,, and cherry lips?

I remember them, but you cant get them anymore can you. I liked the olde english ones, Id forgotten all about them. Ive no idea why they were called that.

I LOVED them, I believe they named them after old English Sweets, such as Bulls eye flavour, Butterscotch, Treacle......I feel my self salivating just thinking about them! (Sigh)
They just don't make em like that any more.
